Warranty Coverage
- Aluminium Frames: 10 years – covers defects in materials, manufacturing, structural integrity, deformation, or corrosion under normal use and weather conditions.
- Polycarbonate Sheets: 3 years – covers material and manufacturing defects.
- Bracket Awnings: 3 years – covers material and manufacturing defects.
- Electrical Components (motors, wiring, controls): 2 years – covers material and manufacturing defects.
- Moving Parts (louvers, hinges, mechanisms): 2 years – covers wear and tear under normal conditions.
What Is Not Covered
We are committed to transparency. The warranties provided in this Limited Warranty do not cover damages or defects resulting from:
- Improper or incorrect installation of the product by the purchaser or any third party acting on behalf of the purchaser.
- Modifications or repairs performed by the purchaser or unauthorized third parties, or repairs undertaken by the purchaser prior to inspection or without authorization from Kings Awning in connection with a warranty claim.
- Exceptional or extreme weather conditions that exceed the specified load limits for the product as detailed in Appendix A.
- Mechanical damage due to improper handling or transport by the purchaser or any third party.
- Damage resulting from color changes caused by sun and salt exposure, or damage due to force majeure events, including but not limited to smoke, fire, extreme climatic conditions (such as deep frosts, lightning, hail), ground movement, flooding, overflow of any stream, or vandalism. Minor discoloration and fading of paint due to UV exposure is considered normal and is not covered.
- Direct or indirect damage arising from negligence, improper maintenance, misuse, or improper use of the product, including exposure to heat sources or unauthorized modifications.
- Damage due to improper storage.
- Damage occurring when the product is installed on a concrete slab or other surface subject to movement.
- Direct or indirect damage caused to or by the structure on which the product is installed.

Fantastic greenhouse at an excellent price! Assembly was straight forward- I assembled this wholly on my own and it did take the whole day. My advice would be to follow instructions and be precise it will benefit/reward you in the end. The sheets are Crystal clear, and it lets in so much light, keeps a good even temp with good humidity. A dream come true to own one....saving up for the next one now! do your self a favor and buy it, you will not be disappointed
For a greenhouse at this price point, the build quality is excellent. The aluminium frame is lightweight but once it’s fully bolted together and anchored to the base, it’s very solid. We just had a particularly gusty weekend here in Adelaide, and it didn't budge or rattle at all.
The sliding door is smooth, and the roof vent is a must-have for keeping the airflow going on warmer days. Assembly took me about 4 hours on a Saturday—everything was numbered correctly and the instructions were easy to follow. It’s a great feeling to finally have a dedicated, frost-free spot for my winter veggies. Shipping was quick and the packaging was robust. Highly recommend Kings Awning!
I’ve been wanting a greenhouse for ages, but I was worried about my limited garden space. This 6x4ft model is the ideal solution—it’s compact enough to fit neatly in the corner of my yard but surprisingly spacious once you’re inside. I’ve managed to set up two tiers of shelving for my seedlings and exotic tropicals.
The polycarbonate panels diffuse the harsh afternoon sun perfectly; I’ve noticed my orchids are much happier and aren't getting scorched anymore. It also holds the humidity beautifully overnight, which has been a lifesaver for my propagation projects. Absolutely love this green house and so do all of my plants easy to put together by yourself even easier if you have another person help. Price definitely worth the quality. Will definitely be ordering another one maybe a bigger size
