1. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. In the event you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we will present you with all available solutions to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Important Requirements:

  • Inspection Period: All items must be inspected within 7 days of delivery.

  • Notification: Any issues—including damage, defects, incorrect products, or missing parts—must be reported to us in writing within this 7-day period.

  • Evidence: Clear photos of the issue and packaging are required to process your claim. Without the necessary photos, we will be unable to proceed with a resolution.

  • How to Report: Please lodge your query through our dedicated After Sale Support portal to ensure it is handled promptly.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or offer refunds based on a change of mind. We strongly encourage you to take your time and conduct thorough research prior to placing your order to ensure the product meets your needs.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Within 24 Hours of Order Placement:
    Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 3.5% fee, deducted from your refund. This fee covers transaction costs charged by banks, card networks, or payment platforms.

  • After 24 Hours and Before Dispatch:
    Cancellations requested after 24 hours but before your order is dispatched will incur a 7.5% fee of the total order value. This fee covers administrative and processing costs and will be deducted from your refund.

  • After Dispatch:
    Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible. Please review your order carefully before finalising your purchase.
